If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we also apply the principles of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) where they are relevant. If you are elsewhere in Latin America or in another country, you can exercise the same rights described here.
3. What we collect
Only what you choose to send through the contact form: name, company, business email, country and city of the operation, a description of the operational challenge and, optionally, existing equipment or systems and the project stage. The system also records the date, time and IP address of the submission.
We do not ask for sensitive data (health, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, biometric data and similar categories under Article 5 of Law 1581 of 2012). Please do not include sensitive information or other people’s personal data in the free-text field. This site is not directed at children.

- To assess the opportunity you describe and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal.
- To keep a record of our commercial and technical communications.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not use it for mass marketing, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not make automated decisions or build profiles with it.
5. Your consent
Sending the form requires ticking a box that authorizes this processing. We keep a record of the date and time. You can withdraw it whenever you want, as explained in section 7.
6. Your rights
Under Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012 you may:
- Know, update and correct your data.
- Ask for proof of the authorization you gave.
- Be told how your data is being used.
- Withdraw your authorization and ask us to delete the data, where no legal or contractual duty prevents it.
- Access your personal data free of charge.
- File a complaint with the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
7. How to exercise them
Write to contacto@machinno3d.com with your name, your request and a way to reply. The legal deadlines are:
- Enquiries: answered within ten (10) business days. If that is not possible, we explain why and answer within the next five (5) business days.
- Complaints: answered within fifteen (15) business days. If that is not possible, we explain why and give a new date, no more than eight (8) business days later.
- If a complaint is incomplete, we tell you within five (5) days so you can complete it.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may take the matter to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
8. How long we keep it
For as long as the commercial relationship lasts, and up to two (2) years after our last contact, unless a legal, accounting or contractual obligation requires longer, or you ask us to delete it earlier. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
9. Who else can see it
To run the website and our corporate email we use service providers acting as processors: our website and database hosting provider, and Microsoft 365 for email. Some of them store information on servers outside Colombia; in those cases we require adequate protection levels under applicable law. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures: encrypted transmission over HTTPS, restricted administrative access, individual passwords and backups. No measure is infallible; if an incident affects personal data we will act as the applicable rules require.
11. Cookies
This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Only technical cookies needed for the site to work may be used. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and ask for consent.
12. National Database Registry
Registration with Colombia’s National Database Registry (RNBD), held by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, depends on the type of controller and its total assets. Machinno3D S.A.S. is assessing its situation and will register when required.
13. Validity and changes
This policy is effective from 1 October 2026. The related databases remain in use while the purposes described above continue to apply. We will announce any material change on this website before it takes effect.
